It was a fantastic showing and definitely a favorite. Cindy saw about eight homes, and Jameson stood out. She did share a bit of concern regarding the asking price, which felt a bit high to her, though she didn’t share what range she saw the value. She mentioned she is about to put five properties in Hawaii on the market, along with a yacht, and may want a six-month or sooner escrow. She said she has a lot of thinking to do after seeing beautiful homes in all price ranges and was very appreciative of getting in last minute.
